A Home Care Package provides services that can help you to stay at home for as long as possible and give you choice and flexibility in the way that care and support is provided to you.There are four levels of Home Care Packages which are designed to give you the care you need now, but can also be changed if your needs increase later. Home Care Levels 1 and 2 help people with basic or low level care needs; Levels 3 and 4 help people with medium to high care needs.
A structured weekly program in a community setting that delivers wellbeing activities, culturally appropriate meals, socialisation, outings and transport. Clients are continually monitored and assessed to help maintain independence.
A program which maximises an individual's ability to continue living independently at home, by providing friendly visits or phone calls, outings, transport and accompaniment for shopping, bill paying, appointments and one on one support to attend social activities.
A structured weekly program which meets the needs of carers who are working or studying, to provide respite from caring for an elderly person. Participants are provided with wellbeing activities, culturally appropriate meals, socialisation and transport. Carers are provided with support in accessing respite services.
A program which provides elderly members of our community, who are living in residential care facilities or in their own homes, with a friendship visitor.
A program which provides the carer with a break from caring for a frail older person or a person with a disability in their home.
A pension consultancy service delivered in collaboration with the Patronato Ital-Uil providing assistance with Italian, Australian and foreign pensions and documents.
A monthly transport service for the frail and elderly persons who wish to visit the cemetery.
